Treading ever nearer to saying the unsayable, the MSM’s only honest voice writes:-

... the terrorist bent on devastation and destruction prowls the streets, while around him are a significant number of people urging him on, and around them a larger group of cocksure young men gleefully celebrating mass murder, and around them a much larger group of people who stand silent at the acts committed in their name, and around them a mesh of religious and community leaders openly inciting mayhem, and around them a savvy network of professional identity-group grievance-mongers adamant that they’re the real victims, and around them a vast mass of progressive elites too squeamish about ethno-cultural matters to confront reality, and around them a political establishment desperate to pretend this is just a managerial problem that can be finessed away with a new bureaucracy and a bit of community outreach.

And at the end of this chain of shades of grey is you.

Inter-racial murders and the health of the MSM - updated

Posted by Guessedworker on Monday, 01 August 2005 22:53.

Two late-night murders dominated domestic news stories in yesterday’s and today’s British Mainstreams.  One was the vile stabbing of Richard Whelan by a fellow passenger on a London bus.  The victim was white, the murderer black.

The other, already the recipient of very much more wallpaper, is the shocking axe murder of Anthony Walker.  His was, apparently, a racist killing of a black by a white or whites.

It is clear that the murder of Anthony Walker, who we are sensitively informed was a “devout Christian” and a “talented athlete”, “A-level student” and wannabe “lawyer”, is the one that will run and run.  Evidently, the death of Richard Whelan, merely “a hospitality agent”, offers no such journalistically picturesque delights.

Aftenposten reports rape shock

Posted by Guest Blogger on Monday, 01 August 2005 12:16.

Professor Andrew Fraser is still making the nightly news here in Australia. If this continues he will soon be a household name.

The latest news is that he is neither sacked nor suspended, but will not be allowed to teach again (his students have told reporters that they very much wish to continue their courses with him).

If you remember, one of the reasons Professor Fraser is under siege is because he warned that immigration from some sources could increase crime levels in Australia. He was even called “weird” at one right-liberal website (Catallaxy) for making this claim. I wonder, though, what his detractors would make of the following information.

The Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten has published an article today headlined “Oslo rape statistics shock”.

Mute and a Mosquito

Posted by Guessedworker on Monday, 01 August 2005 00:22.

Some months ago a good man with some powerful opinions quit the MR threads without apology or explanation.  He mailed me thereafter, and though in my own mind I had been quite content to assign him to that unloved and disrespected category of the semitically-obsessed, he has in fact forced me to re-examine my assumptions about him, about Nationalists and Nationalism in general.  And this he has done not through the force of argument but, unwittingly no doubt, by personal virtue.

I am, let it be said, a succour for personal virtue.  It does not count for much now, perhaps.  But in my formative years it most certainly did.  My generation was raised in the full awareness that one day we could, like our fathers and grandfathers before us, be called up to defend the nation.  It did not happen.  The New National Service Act, which came into being with peace in 1945, was ended in 1963 when I still only eleven years old.  A full and free life stretched before me and before all those of my wretched generation.

What we did with it politically, of course, is turning out before our eyes to be the most grave and final of treasons.  It is my self-indulgent generation – and no other – that has demeaned our nation as some kind of multiracial, governmentally administrated geographic unit excused by universalist “ideas” and “values”.  Suffice it to say that these fine liberal “goods” have absolutely no connection to the public and private virtues with which, for the most part, our parents and teachers attempted to imbue us.  In the fifties that much of Old England still remained, and I am grateful for it.

Peace in Ireland?

Posted by Guessedworker on Thursday, 28 July 2005 13:35.

Sinn Fein/IRA’s long-awaited step towards peace has been taken.  It is not all it might have been, even for Blair and Hain - though there are plenty of positives for them to spin.  Unionists, ever wary, will say it is not enough, and they will feel fully justified.  The IRA continues in existence - it has not quite transmogrified overnight into a dewy-eyed Old Boys’ Club.  It is not decommissioning.  Its statement merely says:-

... our decisions have been taken to advance our republican and democratic objectives, including our goal of a united Ireland.

We believe there is now an alternative way to achieve this and to end British rule in our country.

It is the responsibility of all (IRA) volunteers to show leadership, determination and courage.”

... There is a compelling imperative on all sides to build a just and lasting peace.

A “just and lasting” peace, one might add, at the close finally ... perhaps ... of an unnecessary and monumentally unjust war of racial hatred.

The aggressor has declared peace without entirely, irrevocably removing the threat of future violence.  Its victims, such as those of the Claudy Massacre of 31st July, 1972 - commemorated in the bronze statue to grief featured in our banner today - know another peace.  Or, as survivors, they have had all prospect of peace taken from them.

If you are not an Ulsterman please take some time to study this website, and this one, and this.  They are educational.  Sinn Fein/IRA will doubtless go down in Irish Catholic history as partisan heroes, as if they had battled Nazi Germany these thirty-six years.  The reality of what they have done is profoundly different and as many of us as possible should strive to remember that.

The elephant in the class room

Posted by Guessedworker on Tuesday, 26 July 2005 16:58.

Unlike those who stick with the MSM, MR readers know that liberalism, like love, is blind.  “Deprived children”, “rich and poor”, “inner city areas” ... the tiresome political trash-talk trips of the liberal tongue quicker - much quicker - than Chris Brand could say, “IQ?”  But it was ever thus, and will be so as long as blacks and Moslems live among us, and as long as our taxes can be so pleasurably squandered on them by people like:-

Ruth Kelly, the Education Secretary, will today admit that billions of pounds of Labour investment in improving school facilities since 1998 has failed to narrow the “class gap”.

In a speech to the Institute for Public Policy Research, she will signal a fundamental shift in policy away from investment in deprived schools, to investment targeted more specifically at pupils in those schools who need the most help.

Fallen from the sky

Posted by Guest Blogger on Tuesday, 26 July 2005 13:27.

Is ethnicity something merely external to our real nature? Are we essentially creatures who have the capacity to choose our own identity and our own affiliations?

This is the liberal outlook. I believe that this view is mistaken and that ethnicity runs more deeply in our nature than liberals imagine.

I’d like to illustrate this with two small pieces of evidence I’ve come across in recent days. The first is a small item from the Melbourne Herald Sun (11/9/2000) which caught my eye when going through my files.

Right Now! looks to organise

Posted by Guessedworker on Monday, 25 July 2005 20:52.

My thanks to Anthony E for bringing my attention to this important anouncement in the current issue of Derek Turner’s splendid Right Now! magazine.  Further comment would be superfluous - save that, obviously, this needs to be encouraged in every possible way.

A campaign against mass immigration?

Immigration into Britain has grown massively, and millions more immigrants are expected in the coming years, along with further substantial alteration of the population.  Consequently, a considered, rational, non-party and broadly based campaign against mass immigration and multiracialism has been proposed. Dedicated volunteers are needed, to decide its name, to discuss its strategy, and to form an initial committee to turn ideas into action.  Please write, indicating your willingness to help and any organisational experience or abilities, to ‘Campaign against mass immigration’ (the name is provisional), c/o ‘Right Now!’, Box 361, 78 Marylebone High Street, London W1U 5AP.
